Directions: Depending on flow, empty your Menstrual Cup 2-3 times daily. Can be worn safely overnight. Upon emptying, rinse your cup thoroughly with water. Sterilize by boiling the menstrual cup for 5 minutes before each monthly bleed or by using a quality sterilizing liquid.
